How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to USA addresses.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use USPS Priority Shipping. But other carriers will be availble if you prefer just choose a different shipper but that other carrier charges a different price.
Returns
We want to make your experience good so contact us. We want to understand how we can help you experience the Essential Cloth in the “good way”. Contact Customer Service at help@essentialcloth.com or call 866-632-6882 and speak to a representative. If after contacting us and you still have a change of heart we will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
Returns cont.: Refunds are as follows:
30 days or less: Full refund (not including return shipping charges)
For orders over $100 or more we will exchange or refund (not including shipping charges), but that must be within 14 days.
Remember we want this to be a good experience for everyone, we ask you to give us a chance to do that.
Care:
How do you clean the Essential Cloth once gets dirty?
You can wash the cloth by hand with a small dab of dish soap. The Essential Cloth can also be put in a laundry. But don’t wash with other items because that will transfer the lint on to it.

Q: Can the Cloth clean leather?
A: Yes.
Q: Can the Cloth dust furniture? Do I use furniture polish?
A: Yes it can dust furniture with no need for polish.
Q: Will the Cloth clean my eyeglasses
A: Yes like new the Cloth will clean your eyeglasses and get rid of all the oils and smudges without scratching the lens. But if your glasses are really dirty then you may have to clean them twice.
